Job Role: Customer Service Property Assistant (Evenings/Weekends)
Contract Type: Part Time
Working Pattern/Hours: Monday(5pm-10pm) & Saturday 8 Hours between 8am and 8pm
Starting salary: £11.44per hour

Job Overview: Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Property Assistant is responsible for providing PropCall’s out-of-hours property management service. The Property Assistant is responsible for providing a high-level and standardised service on behalf of PropCall’s clients, in addition to the efficient organization of contractors.
Job Level: Line Worker
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handling PropCall’s out-of-hours calls.
- Triaging caller requests and assisting to resolve emergency maintenance issues over the phone where possible.
- Administering the accurate and informative recording and processing of calls.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all out of hours calls.
- Organisation of contractors.
- Administration of the online maintenance system.
- Regular CCTV monitoring.
Preferred Skills & Education:-
- Experience within the customer service industry.
- Experience within the property industry, ideally property management.
- SIA CCTV Licence (desirable).
