Priory Hospital Woking is looking to recruit a Private Enquiries Manager to join the team. This is a full time 37.5 role.
Priory Hospital Woking is a mental health and addiction rehab hospital, offering world class inpatient and outpatient treatment.
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Deliver first class customer service to all internal and external clients including but not limited to other hospital departments, external VC's as well as private clients and referral partners
- Ensure all enquiries are logged and updated on Salesforce in line with agreed processes and SLA's
- All enquiries and referral calls must be progressed using 'sales-through-service' methods
- To ensure all calls are dealt with in the appropriate, professional manner, in line with Call Quality Guidelines
- To share best practice with colleagues

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, alongside first-class customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. They will be confident in establishing client needs by asking effective questions and delivering a positive customer experience. You will be positive, organised, and self-motivated, with strong computer skills and the ability to capture information accurately. Candidates should have a minimum of one year’s experience in a customer-facing role and demonstrate a driven, decisive approach with a strong customer-first work ethic. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
