Home Carer / Home Care Assistant for a well established and high-quality local home care provider who have been providing care in a persons own home since 2019.
Home Carer / Home Care Assistant is:
- A permanent part-time or full-time job (working hours of between 16 and 35 hours are available). Flexible working to fit around current commitments and/or children too.
- Set hourly rates Monday to Friday until 5pm of £13.00, Weekdays after 6pm this rises to £13.50 and at Weekends the hourly rate rises again to £14.50- pay review pending.
- Paid mileage - 45p per mile and paid travel time.
- Double pay for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
- Pension scheme.
- Full, paid in-house training provided.
- All training and office meetings paid

Duties of a Home Carer / Home Care Assistant will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day.
- Personal care.
- Administering medication.
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing.
- Shopping.
- Housekeeping.
- Meal preparation.
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings.
To be considered as a Home Carer / Home Care Assistant you will need:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or from working within the NHS for over one year.
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
To be living and have the right to work in the UK. Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not being considered for this role.
