As a Team Leader, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale recruitment campaigns, ensuring attraction, sourcing, selection, training and operational activity are delivered effectively to meet client requirements. Working within a fast-paced volume recruitment environment, you will provide leadership, coaching and hands-on support to the team whilst maintaining a strong focus on service excellence, quality, candidate experience and client satisfaction.
You will oversee recruitment marketing and attraction activity, monitor campaign performance through data-driven insights and funnel management, and take ownership of sourcing strategies to ensure delivery against hiring targets. You will maintain strong client partnerships, support operational administration and reporting, and act as a key escalation point for campaign delivery.
Where requires, the role also has responsibility for the training element of the service, ensuring training programmes are effectively coordinated and delivered, whilst maintaining the capability to step into training delivery when required.
- Lead the operational delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring recruitment targets, quality standards and client expectations are achieved.
- Oversee recruitment marketing, attraction and candidate engagement activity across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns reach and attract diverse talent pools.
- Own recruitment funnel management, monitoring conversion metrics and campaign performance to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Drive sourcing activity and workforce planning to ensure sufficient pipeline generation and timely fulfilment of client demand.
- Analyse recruitment data and performance insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaign outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through regular communication, operational reviews and proactive management of delivery risks and opportunities.
- Act as the primary escalation point for recruitment campaign issues, ensuring swift resolution and positive outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in campaign administration, reporting and operational processes whilst supporting team members during periods of high demand.
- Oversee training coordination and delivery, ensuring all participants receive a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of training materials, processes and systems to enable cover for training activities when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across attraction, sourcing, onboarding, training and campaign delivery processes.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is delivered in accordance with client requirements, compliance standards and internal quality frameworks.
- Experience leading recruitment delivery within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, candidate attraction strategies and sourcing methodologies.
- Experience managing recruitment funnels, conversion metrics and performance reporting.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to drive performance improvements and delivery outcomes.
- Experience building and maintaining effective client relationships within a service-led environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing demand.
- Experience of delivering, facilitating or supporting training programmes would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead by example through a hands-on approach to operational delivery and problem solving.
