Job Summary
We are seeking a Leathercrafts Person to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with assembly tasks and focusing on stitching of belts and bags.
Full training will provided on all aspects - This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are far more interested in the right attitude than experience - we need someone who is proactive, full of initiative, a quick learner, and team player. If you are the DIY king/queen in your house, the person people call when any machines need fixing or have a passion for crafts, this could be the ideal role for you.
Duties
- Buckling and stitching belts and handbags on 3 different industrial sewing machines - some of which are programmed and automatic.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow throughout the production line.
- Assisting in keeping a clear and organised workspace, organising hard ware stocks.
- Light assembly work and finishing on products, such as stamping sizes and branding, swing tagging, belt loop making, using rivets and eyelets, small part edge finishing.
- Personalising bespoke orders

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
- Friendly attitude and positive team player.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuously striving for self improvement.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
