Field Sales Representative
OTE £2000 - £8000 monthly
We are a face to face marketing company representing a range of well known UK brands and causes.
All our work is done in person - residential, business to business and events. No cold calling from a desk. No reading scripts off a screen. You are out in the field having real conversations with real people.
What you will do
- Speak to people on their doorstep, at their business or at events
- Represent our clients professionally and honestly
- Explain what they offer in clear, simple language
- Help people make the right decision for them
We will train you how to present, handle questions and stay compliant with what each client needs.
What it is really like:
This is not easy work.
You will be:
- On your feet for long hours
- Outside in all weather
- Hearing "no" far more than "yes"
Most people cannot handle that. The ones who can tend to do very well, very quickly. You will be in with the team every morning, coached every day and pushed to get better. If you want a job where you can coast, this is not it.

- No experience needed - sales experience is a bonus but not required
- You are 18+ with the legal right to work in the UK
