We are a busy hospitality recruitment agency supplying experienced chefs to a range of clients including hotels, restaurants, event venues, private members clubs, stadiums, and contract catering sites.
We are currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie professionals for flexible ad hoc shifts across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your section
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting senior chefs and kitchen teams during service
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
- Working efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in professional kitchens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred
- Own chef whites and knives preferred
