We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Working Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within our team. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and team members are motivated and well-managed. As a Working Supervisor, you will combine hands-on management with active participation in project tasks, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and excellence. Duties
- Supervise daily work activities of team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to optimize team efficiency
- Utilize Primavera P6 project management software to plan, schedule, and track project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed
- Manage on-site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and work sequencing to maintain workflow momentum
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising construction or industrial teams with a strong understanding of project workflows
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management tools for scheduling and resource planning
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
- Supervising experience in fast-paced environments where safety, quality, and efficiency are priorities
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders clearly and professionally
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining attention to detail
