- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for busy periods
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and monitoring consumption to promote safety
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health regulations and food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
Experience
- Previous experience in a busy bar or nightclub essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving guidelines is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
