We're looking for an experienced Tenders, Contracts Implementation Manager to join our Commercial team and play a pivotal role in securing and managing commercial opportunities across the UK and international healthcare markets. As our Tenders, Contracts Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end tender and contract management process across the Vernacare Group. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will manage tender opportunities from identification through to submission and post-award handover, ensuring every response is compliant, commercially robust and submitted to the highest standard.
This is a highly visible role where you'll collaborate with teams across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Finance to help drive continued business growth.
While this position is primarily remote, occasional travel to Vernacare locations and customer meetings will be required.

Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity assessment to submission.

Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of tender responses, framework applications and pricing proposals.

Maintain a forward-looking tender, contract and framework pipeline.

Coordinate cross-functional input from internal subject matter experts.

Conduct compliance and quality reviews to ensure submissions meet customer requirements.

Maintain tender governance, document control, approval records and audit trails.

Manage contract renewals, framework agreements and pricing obligations.

Maintain a central register of contracts, frameworks and renewal dates.

Develop and maintain a tender response library and reusable content repository.

Monitor tender performance, submission outcomes and future resource planning.

Support market access activities and new product introductions across the Group.

Coach and support tender administration resources where required.
In order to be successful as the next Tenders, Contract Implementation Manager, ideally you'll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience managing and submitting complex tenders and bids.

Experience working within healthcare, public sector or other highly regulated industries.

Strong understanding of tendering, contract administration and commercial processes.

Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines.

Knowledge of electronic tender portals and document management processes.

Experience maintaining contracts, frameworks or renewal registers.

Demonstrable track record of supporting successful tender outcomes.

Experience within MedTech, medical devices, healthcare consumables, pharmaceuticals or diagnostics.

Knowledge of NHS Supply Chain, NHS frameworks or public procurement.

Understanding of UK and Irish healthcare markets.

Experience using CRM, SharePoint or contract management systems.

Experience leading, coaching or developing tender professionals.
