The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our growing charity. You will help ensure we meet our reporting requirements, support funding work, and keep our finances in strong shape.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cashflow summaries.
- Provide timely financial data for funder monitoring and grant reports.
- Support year-end accounts preparation for the external accountant/auditor.
- Use accounting software for bookkeeping
About You
- Previous experience in a finance-related role (charity experience desirable)
- Proficient with financial software ( preferably QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- A commitment to our mission and values

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
