We are a small, supportive community care team providing person-centred support to adults in the Tamworth and Lichfield areas. We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join us on a permanent full/part-time basis.
This role involves supporting individuals in their own home. Duties may include personal care, attending appointments, social support, and promoting independence.

Approx Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8:10 to 1:30
- Friday 8:10 to 1:30 and every other Friday PM 7 to 9:30
- Every other weekend
- 25 hours per week
- Day off in the week for working the weekend
We provide consistent hours and regular clients.

Pay and Benefits:
- £12.71 per hour
- Paid travel time between visits and paid mileage 30 pence per mile
- Permanent, guaranteed contract

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Able to commit to the working pattern listed above
- Role subject to DBS check and two references
