Science Teacher Required – September Start
Paragon Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Kidderminster to recruit a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive Science department and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics in line with the national curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities.
- Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Science within a UK secondary school.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
