We are looking for someone with experience working in the hospitality sector that is looking for a new challenge. Experience working with cocktails would be ideal but not essential as full cocktail training will be offered although a passion for cocktails and great customer service is essential.
Tipple is an established independent cocktail bar in Lancaster city centre with nearly 9 years of operations. We are generally open 7 nights a week. We open until 1am weeknights and 2am on weekends.
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to work with the Bar Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate the day to day running of the venue.
A Personal Alcohol Licence holder is preferred but all candidates with suitable experience will be considered.
The role will be 20-30 hours a week.
Duties will include:
- Running shifts
- Opening and closing the venue
- Working on the bar
- Making drinks
- Serving customers
- Assisting in marketing operations
- Maintaining bar staff performance
- Ensuring bar cleanliness
- Assisting in developing new menus & promotions
- Assisting in enforcing health and safety rules
- Maintaining cellar cleanliness and tidiness
- Supporting GM as required
Pay: £13.25 per hour
