The Customer Service Agent role requires you to:
- Keep customers informed of order progress at all times, via verbal, electronic and written formats
- Manage order progression from each step from registration through to survey, manufacture, delivery, payment and installation, including progression of post order/installation, customer queries and communication
- Resolve any issues to ensure prompt manufacture and delivery, reporting of issues to the Installations Customer Service Supervisor.
- Control, monitoring and management of remedial activity to ensure prompt resolution
- Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers.
What skills and experience will I need to be successful?
You will need to be confident in dealing with customers, articulate on the telephone and an excellent communicator. You will be passionate about customer service and have:
- Confidence in using in house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records
- Maintain a high standard of communication and literacy as you confirm survey and installation appointments made via text message, e-mail and written letter
- Ability to work in a Team and work independently.
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Ability to multi-task to meet objectives.
- Problem solving.
- IT literate.
