The Role
The Content Executive plays an important role within our operation. Content is the bridge between a product existing and a product selling. Through compelling content, optimisation, and distribution, this role ensures every product reaches its full commercial potential while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As a Content Executive, you will be responsible for creating, optimising and maintaining product content across the Lovetovisit platform and multiple external distribution channels.
You will help transform attractions, events, and experiences into compelling products that inspire customers to book. You'll work closely with Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Service and Technology teams to ensure our product catalogue is accurate, engaging, visible and commercially successful.
This is a fast-paced role that combines content creation, marketing, ecommerce, data analysis and AI-powered operations.

Product Content & Curation
- Create and curate product pages that inspire customers and drive bookings
- Ensure product content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and conversion-focused
- Continuously improve product pages by testing, refining and optimising content
Product Optimisation
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance across the customer journey
- Regularly review product quality
- Ensure consumers receive the best possible experience when browsing and booking
Value Proposition & Marketing
- Understand and communicate what makes each attraction, event or experience unique
- Clearly answer the customer's key question: "Why should I book this?"
- Craft compelling messaging across multiple customer touchpoints
Product Distribution
- Maintain and optimise third-party product feeds and distribution channels
- Ensure product information remains accurate and up to date across all platforms
- Support the visibility and reach of products through external partners and channels
Digital Advertising
- Assist in the curation, optimisation and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns
- Help ensure advertising aligns with product strategy and commercial objectives
Product Operations
· Attend daily Product Stand-Up meetings alongside the Partnerships Team
· Support the rapid movement of products through onboarding and optimisation workflows
Skills & Experience
Strong Writing Skills
Excellent written English, grammar and attention to detail. Able to communicate clearly, accurately and persuasively
Marketing Mindset
Able to identify and articulate why a customer should book a particular attraction, event or experience. Understands how content influences purchasing decisions
Technology & AI Literacy
Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies. Enthusiastic about working with AI-powered tools and operational systems, with full training provided
Design Awareness
Possesses a good eye for layout, imagery and presentation. Familiarity with basic image editing or webpage design tools is advantageous
Problem Solving
Able to analyse information, investigate issues and develop practical solutions to improve product performance and customer experience
Organisation & Prioritisation
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets in a fast-moving environment
Teamwork & Communication
Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with colleagues across different departments
