Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at ASX Group, you will oversee and manage various Refurbishment / Fitout & Upgrade projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Duties:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with project team, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, reports and finance.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues
- Communicate effectively with the Management Team to provide project updates
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols and finance
- Effective time management skills
