We are currently recruiting a Full Time Bus Driver to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and customer-focused driver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off rota consisting of:
- 2 Day Shifts: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- 2 Night Shifts: 7:00pm – 7:00am
- Followed by 4 days off
This shift pattern provides an excellent work-life balance with regular extended time off.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Transporting customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our car parks.
- Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to all customers.
- Assisting passengers with luggage where required.
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles.
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.
- Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth customer transfers.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Category D1 Driving Licence.
- Valid CPC Qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work day and night shifts on a rotating basis.
Desirable:
- Previous experience driving minibuses or passenger transport vehicles.
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
