Priory Supported Living in the West Midlands is looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our team on a full-time, 40-hour per week basis.
We provide specialist supported living services for individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. Our mission is simple: to empower people to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives within their own homes and communities.
Based at our main office in Kingswinford, you’ll support services across Staffordshire, Dudley, Wolverhampton, and Cannock—giving you a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that truly puts people first. Using a personalised approach and proven support methods, you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move towards a brighter future.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality care by:
- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
This is a rewarding but sometimes challenging role, so resilience and a positive mindset are essential. Your empathy and compassion will help you support individuals through both their achievements and their more difficult moments.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within a care setting (essential)
- Is confident supporting individuals with complex or challenging behaviours (desirable)
- Brings strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Is motivated to make a real difference every day
