Salary: 33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience/teaching qualification
Contract: Full Time or Part Time - Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Engineer to join our growing team. Whether you've recently completed your engineering studies or you're an experienced industry professional looking to take your first step into teaching, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll play a key role in delivering engaging and innovative learning experiences that help students develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the engineering sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across engineering programmes.
- Planning and preparing engaging lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
- Supporting, motivating and inspiring learners to achieve their full potential.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitoring student progress and contributing to curriculum development.
- Maintaining industry knowledge to ensure teaching remains relevant and up to date.
About You
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- A qualification and industry experience in Engineering.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding learner experience.
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be available if you're looking to move into education from industry — whatever stage of your career you're at.

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
