Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in cooking is a nice-to-have, as occasional meal preparation may be required.
- A good understanding of cleaning techniques and products is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
