The Person
The successful Breakfast Chef will have:
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie within a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-quality restaurant.
- A passion for producing exceptional breakfast dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast service.
- A thorough understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures.
- High standards of cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to support and mentor junior chefs.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in consistently delivering high-quality food.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
