- Create exceptional first impressions by providing a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all visitors and colleagues.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful, concierge-style service that enhances every interaction.
- Consistently embody our hospitality standards and create memorable experiences that go above and beyond expectations.
- Take ownership of reception, lobby, and client-facing areas, ensuring they remain welcoming, organised, and professional at all times.
- Manage visitor arrivals and departures, access control, and queue management with confidence and efficiency.
- Maintain a visible presence and act as a trusted point of contact for workplace and guest enquiries.
- Arrange taxis, private transport, restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, and entertainment experiences.
- Share local knowledge and recommendations to help visitors make the most of their time both on and off site.
- Solve problems proactively and deliver personalised solutions that enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Guest Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting different service areas when required.
