Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hardworking Trainee Joiner / Interior Fit-Out Installer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their final year of college, recently qualified, or looking to build a long-term career within the construction and fit-out industry.
Responsibilities
You will work alongside experienced tradesmen on projects throughout the UK, learning a wide range of practical skills including:
- Commercial joinery installation
- Fire door installation and maintenance
- Flooring installation
- Shop fitting and trade counter fit-outs
- Care home refurbishment projects
- Furniture assembly and installation
- Basic site maintenance and finishing works
- Loading and unloading materials
- Maintaining a clean and organised site
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic joinery or construction experience
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to travel and work away from home when required
- Able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Desirable:
- Studying or recently completed a Carpentry & Joinery qualification
- Previous site experience
