We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and sales-driven Bridal Sales Stylist to join the team at Lula Ann Bridal, one of Birmingham’s established bridal boutiques.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, people and creating unforgettable customer experiences — but who also has a genuine passion for sales and achieving results.
As a Bridal Sales Stylist, you’ll work one-to-one with brides during their private appointments, getting to know their style, personality and vision before helping them find the dress they feel incredible in. From selecting gowns and styling complete bridal looks to confidently guiding the appointment towards that all-important “YES!” moment, you’ll play a huge part in one of the most exciting purchases of a bride’s life.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, outgoing and personable, but also commercially minded. You should be comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets, following up with customers and confidently recommending accessories and additional products.
Our ideal candidate will have previous retail, fashion, luxury customer service or sales experience. Bridal experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential — personality, confidence, sales ability and the willingness to learn are incredibly important to us.
Social media is also a big part of our business, so we’d love someone who is happy and confident appearing in and helping create content for Instagram and TikTok.
This is a permanent, part-time position and Saturday availability is essential, as this is our busiest bridal day. Some flexibility for occasional Sundays, events and out-of-hours appointments may also be required.

Due to the nature of this role, Bridal Sales Stylists are required to work within private fitting rooms, assisting female clients who may be in a state of undress while changing into and out of bridal gowns. To protect the privacy and dignity of our clients, being female is an occupational requirement for this position under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Pay: £9,914.00-£25,480.00 per year
