Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Maternity Cover for a temporary position of Business Support Officer, Grade E within Business Support Services working at White Rose House Court of Protection. Please note this is an office based role.
We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills to work as part of a busy admin team undertaking a wide range of administrative duties supporting the Court of Protection team including, scanning documents, data input on Word/Excel and bespoke databases.
Training will be given to the appointed person. The successful applicant must have good keyboard skills and have experience in word processing, Excel spreadsheets, databases and e-mail systems. Good literacy and numeracy skills are required and you must be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised, have the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team and be flexible in your approach. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection, Equalities, Safeguarding and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
