We are looking for a creative lead with strong people & management skills to lead our team. We need a strong communicator who has a proven track record of scheduling and organisational skills.
Basic levels of competence in Food Hygiene and Safety will be essential. Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients a must, especially game.
We are looking for at least 5 years experience at sous level or 3 years as a head chef.
All candidates should have a strong track record working in pub restaurants and references will be taken.
The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and be part of a small management team with input on all decisions through-out the business.
Our location is rural and the preferred candidate will have their own transport.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
