Cliveden Conservation is one of the UK's leading specialist conservation contractors, working on nationally significant buildings, monuments and works of art.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Buying Administrator to join our Commercial Team and support the successful delivery of projects across the UK.
You'll play an important role behind the scenes by purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries and supporting Project Managers to ensure our projects run smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Raising purchase orders and placing supplier orders
- Obtaining quotations and comparing prices
- Coordinating deliveries to projects
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records
- Supporting Project Managers and the Commercial Team
- Building positive relationships with suppliers

We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous administration experience (purchasing experience is an advantage but not essential)

Hours
This is a part-time role (25–30 hours per week) worked over five days.
To support our operational teams and suppliers, the successful candidate will need to be available to either start at 8:00am or work until 5:00pm, with the exact working pattern agreed with the successful applicant.
