Copdock Hall is looking for a commercially focused Wedding Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive future bookings and grow our presence within the wedding market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging content, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will be at the forefront of the customer journey, introducing couples to the venue, showcasing what makes Copdock Hall unique, and helping them take the next step towards booking their wedding.
The Opportunity
Every enquiry is a potential wedding booking. Your primary focus will be generating revenue by:
- Managing incoming wedding enquiries.
- Conducting venue tours and virtual appointments.
- Building rapport with prospective couples.
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into sales.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of future business.
Alongside sales activity, you will play an important role in promoting the venue through marketing initiatives, including social media content, venue showcases, and partnerships with local suppliers.
You will also spend time within the operation, supporting weddings and events to ensure you remain connected to the product you are selling and understand the experience delivered to our couples.

The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with genuine enthusiasm for weddings and hospitality.
You'll be:
- Experienced within a wedding venue environment.
- Confident meeting and presenting to prospective couples.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Creative and proactive when it comes to marketing ideas.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Professional, personable and naturally relationship-driven.
Working at Copdock Hall
Most couples wish to view the venue at weekends, so this role is structured around customer demand. Typically, you will work three weekends out of four, with time off during the week.
