Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance coach to aid and deliver our programming, coaching, and methodology at OLTO Fitness. The ideal candidate will embody our OLTO philosophy, be developed, while utilizing their expertise to create innovative fitness programs and and have the ability to generate their own client base.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our facility and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Implementation:
- Deliver bespoke fitness programs that align with the OLTO methodology.
- Ensure programs cater to a diverse clientele, addressing various fitness levels and goals.
- Continuously evaluate and refine programs based on client feedback and performance metrics.
- Have access to the OLTO membership data bsse for personal clientele
- OLTO will conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
- OLTO will support coaching delivery and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Client Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their fitness journey.
- Implement strategies to boost client retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze client progress and adapt programs accordingly to ensure optimal results.
- Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure equipment and resources meet the highest standards.
- Manage, update, and review program platform including creating and adding to the exercise library and programming templates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep OLTO Fitness at the forefront of the fitness industry.
- Have the ability to build, install and create own personal initiatives.
- Report to senior management on programming development and coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness program design and coaching, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Experience working professional coaches, athletes or teams.
- Evidence of continual personal development in performance.
- Strong understanding of the OLTO methodology or similar holistic approaches to health and fitness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM, ACE) is preferred.
- Further certifications in elite performance.
