Crackerjack Training Ltd is a well-established EFSA Training Provider running study programmes and apprenticeships throughout the West Midlands. We have over 20 years of experience training students to become Early Years Practitioners. This training and qualification are ideal for anyone wanting to work with young children within a nursery setting.
Demand from nurseries is now high for new employees and trainees since the government announced its wider initiative. If you are already qualified, we also welcome applications as many of our staff are looking for qualified candidates returning to the sector. If you are new to childcare- we can offer Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeship. A pre-apprenticeship level 2 Study Programme is also available. Apprenticeship pay starts at £6.40 an hour and is a minimum of 30 hours a week including 6 hours college time.
