My client has an opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at a popular, high end gastropub in the Gloucestershire countryside. The role is fulltime, working 5 days from 7 and accommodation is available in the local area (own transport needed). The salary, paid monthly is £36,000 basic plus approximately £9,000 tronc.
If successful, you will be working in a 6 chef team producing rosette standard food in a vibrant, casual dining setting. The menus can be described as gastro to fine-dining level and although there are currently no accolades, experience at 2 or 3 rosette would be beneficial to your application.
