Job Introduction
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm and 7:00pm - 7:00am
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Coventry, providing 1:1 support to a friendly and positive gentleman in his early 50s who lives independently in his own home.
The individual has a brain injury and requires 24-hour support from a consistent and person-centred team. He is a wheelchair user and has a tracheostomy. Full specialist training will be provided, so previous experience with tracheostomy care is not essential.
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or complex health needs would be advantageous but is not required, as full training will be provided.

Willingness to undertake specialist clinical training, including tracheostomy care and moving and handling.
