Summary
We are seeking a Care Leader to join our dedicated team at Ashbourne Lodge. Located in Ashbourne, this role is vital in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. The Care Team Leader will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive environment that aligns with our values of dignity, respect, and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in care.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage daily operations within the care home efficiently.
- Address any concerns or feedback from residents or their families promptly
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
- IT proficiency for documentation and communication purposes.
