About Cloud Nine
Cloud Nine is a premium ladies only gym and wellness concept, and we’re excited to be opening our brand new Bromley location this September.
We’re creating a different kind of gym experience. Welcoming, personal and community focused, with fitness, wellness and exceptional member service all under one roof.
Our members should feel recognised, supported and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door, and our team plays a huge part in creating that experience.
The Role
We’re looking for confident, friendly and energetic Member Experience & Fitness Coaches to join our founding Bromley team.
This isn’t simply a traditional Fitness Instructor role.
You’ll be one of the main faces of Cloud Nine and will play a key part in shaping the experience our members have every time they visit.
Your role will combine member engagement, customer service, fitness coaching and day to day club support.
We’re looking for people who naturally enjoy talking to members, building relationships and creating a positive atmosphere, while also being confident providing high quality fitness support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome members and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere throughout the club
- Build genuine relationships with members and get to know our community
- Proactively engage with members rather than waiting to be approached
- Provide fitness guidance, encouragement and support on the gym floor
- Deliver member inductions, technique support and personalised gym programmes
- Deliver engaging group fitness sessions
- Help new members feel comfortable and confident using the gym
- Support member retention by identifying members who may need additional encouragement or guidance
- Respond to member questions and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support reception and general member enquiries where required
- Help promote Cloud Nine within the local community and support club events
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the club
- Carry out routine gym floor and health and safety checks
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure every member receives a consistently high level of service
What We’re Looking For
Personality and attitude are just as important to us as fitness experience.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, confident and approachable, and who genuinely enjoys working with people.
You should be someone who notices when a member needs help, starts conversations naturally and takes pride in creating a brilliant experience.
You’ll ideally have:
- A recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
- Experience working within a gym, leisure, hospitality or customer focused environment
- Confidence delivering sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to member engagement
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive, can do attitude
- High standards of professionalism and presentation
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- A genuine interest in fitness, health and wellbeing
A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours
Full time and part time positions are available.
The role will involve a mixture of shifts across the week, including some early mornings, evenings and weekends.
