Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children within a nurturing environment. Duties
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any concerns or incidents.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
- Support children's individual needs by adapting activities and environments accordingly.
- Assist in the organisation of daily routines such as mealtimes, playtimes, and rest periods.
- Contribute to the organisation of nursery events and parent meetings as required.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation within the nursery environment.
Skills
- Proven management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate colleagues and support their professional development.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting is essential.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to liaise confidently with children, parents, and team members.
- Childcare qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent are required.
- Ability to demonstrate childcare expertise with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and developmental support.
- Valid driving licence is desirable for travelling between nursery locations or community engagements.

Pay: £30,000.00-£360,000.00 per year
