Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Manage project risks proactively by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation such as progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.
- Utilize Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination and ensure technical accuracy throughout project phases.
- Track project performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on course.
