What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate customer support requests to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
- Monitor customer cases and follow up to ensure successful resolution.
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer support activities.
- Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate teams when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and complete administrative tasks.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional and responsive communication.
- Ensure company service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration, retail, hospitality, contact centre, coordination, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.
Pay: £2,350.00-£3,100.00 per month
