What you'll do
Every day is different.
You might support someone with their morning routine, prepare a meal, administer medication, accompany someone into the community or simply spend time chatting over a cup of tea with someone who hasn't seen another friendly face all day.
You'll be helping people maintain their independence, dignity and confidence while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
What you'll receive
- Starting pay from £13.75 per hour weekdays and £14.25 per hour weekends
- Higher rates for qualified Health & Social Care staff

Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who are kind, dependable and proud of doing things properly.
You'll enjoy working independently while knowing your team is only ever a phone call away.
If you're someone who notices the little things, enjoys making people smile and wants a career where every day has purpose, you'll fit right in.
Requirements
- Female applicants only (due to current service user preferences)
- Aged 18 or over
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Able to work alternate weekends
- Experience is welcome but not essential—your attitude matters most.
Working hours
Typical shifts are:
Morning: 7:00am–2:00pm
Evening: 4:00pm–9:30pm
We have both full day and half day opportunities available.
