About the Role
Crafter’s Companion is looking for a talented Papercraft Sample Creator to join our Marketing team.
This is a professional creative role for someone with strong practical skills in papercrafting, particularly cardmaking, who can turn a creative brief into beautifully finished projects that showcase our products and inspire our customers.
Working closely with our Marketing, Social and Creative teams, you’ll create samples for product launches, campaigns and content across our digital and social channels. You’ll need to understand the objective behind a brief, bring your own creative thinking to the project and deliver work that is both visually exciting and commercially effective.
The role is varied and fast paced, with opportunities to respond to trends, new product launches and quick turnaround requests. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple projects, working to deadlines and adapting when priorities change.
About You
You might already work professionally in a creative environment, or you could be a highly skilled hobbyist ready to turn your passion into a career. Previous experience in a craft or marketing business is not essential. What matters is what you can create.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong papercrafting and cardmaking skills
- A creative eye and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to interpret a brief and deliver a finished project
- Good knowledge of crafting techniques, tools and materials
- The ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
- Confidence crafting on camera when required
- Strong organisation and a collaborative approach
- A willingness to experiment and try new ideas
