We are a growing company with several multi year social housing contracts, carrying out VOID, K&B's, Disrepair and D&M works and a large variety of external works throughout Northwest London, North London, Slough and the Hertfordshire areas. We are currently seeking an honest, reliable and hard working individual to join our VOID, K&B, Disrepair and D&M team, carrying out refurbishment/repair works to different properties within the Northwest London, North London, Slough and Hertfordshire areas. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, with the option to work an additional day at the weekend, if available.
Applicants must have the following:
- CSCS card (Optional)
- English Speaking
- Full UK Driving Licence - Company vehicle and fuel card is provided
- Own tools
Duties will include:
- Kitchen and Bathroom renewals and repairs
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Painting and Decoration
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Damp & Mould Works
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
