Role: Manages each store’s daily operations, including team management, customer
service, and inventory control. Store Managers ensure compliance with brand
standards, address customer needs, and sustain a smooth, efficient environment.
· Responsibilities:
o Team Management and Rota Planning: Recruit, train, and oversee in-store
employees. Prepare weekly rotas to ensure adequate staff coverage and
coordinate with Supervisors to cover last-minute absences.
o Sales and Marketing Strategy: Implement approved local marketing
initiatives, promotions, and community engagement activities with Operations
Manager support to drive store sales.
o Customer Service and Complaint Resolution: Ensure excellent customer
service, address complaints, and handle refunds as per company policy
(authorised only by Store Managers or Supervisors).
o Inventory and Stock Control: Manage inventory via the EPOS system,
conducting stock audits to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
o Cash Handling and Security: Oversee all transactions, cash reconciliation,
and bank deposits according to company procedures to maintain security.
o Compliance: Conduct daily checks for health, safety, and brand standards.
Maintain necessary documentation and report compliance issues to the
Operations Manager.
o Internal and External Communication: Handle store communication,
including calls, emails, and written correspondence, addressing queries and
requests from customers, suppliers, and head office.
o Reporting: Submit regular performance and operational reports to the
Operations Manager, providing insights and suggestions for store
improvement.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
