Established in 2003 AP Signs & Print is a busy family run signage business based in Weston-super-Mare.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a hard working, highly motivated and committed individual, to join our team.
You must be a good communicator, well organised, able to work alone and as part of a team. The right candidate will enjoy having a positive impact on both our company and our client’s business.
Role will include
- Manage designs from external suppliers via email and telephone.
- Downloading, checking customers artwork ready for print.
- Preparing artwork for print
- Talking with customers to deliver design ideas.
- Take design briefs from clients
- Follow customers instructions and interpret briefs in a suitably creative manner.
- Answering emails and telephone calls in regards to existing or new projects.
- Various admin/office duties.
- Answering telephone calls and liaising with customers in the office.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years working in the industry
- A working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
- You will need the ability to work on a number of concurrent projects to a strict deadline
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Customer service skills
- Excellent numerate and written communication skills
- Team player with ability to self-motivate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organise and manage workflow
- An Exceptional good eye for detail
- UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
Schedule
This full-time position is office-based at our office in Weston-super-Mare.
- Mon to Thurs: 8.30am-5.00pm
- Work location in person.
- Friday: 8.30am-4.00pm
- 30mins lunch break
- 20 days holiday + UK public Holidays
- On-Site Parking
- Overtime required on occasion
