The Swell and The Bunker are very busy hospitality venues in Saundersfoot. We host live music, themed nights, sports events, private functions and have a busy seasonal trade. We’re looking for confident, chatty and reliable team members to join our team!
We’re a small team, so personality, work ethic and attitude matter just as much as experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for both PART-TIME & FULL TIME bar and front-of-house staff who are confident working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver excellent customer service. We can be flexible to a certain extent but weekend availability is essential!
You may be working across both venues depending on the shift/staffing arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
- Taking food and drink orders
- Handling payments
- Keeping the bar and tables clean and organised
- Supporting during events and busy nights
- Assisting with opening/closing duties
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and friendly personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Able to stay calm during busy shifts
- Over 18 (due to alcohol service)
- Previous bar/hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
Pay & Hours
- Flexible part-time hours or full-time, depending on the individual
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Extra hours available during busy periods and events
