Part-Time Cleaning Operative – 24.5 Hours per Week

Hours: 24.5 hours per week
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Days Off: Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Typical Hours: Approximately 8:30am – 3:15pm

At Coastal Cleaning, we believe in cleaning with care for the community we share. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team and help us deliver the high standards our clients value.
This is a part-time role with consistent hours, working across a small number of commercial sites in Pembrokeshire. You'll visit no more than two locations per day, with sites located close together, helping to minimise travel and make your working day more efficient.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning commercial premises to a high standard
- Maintaining safe, clean and hygienic environments
- Following cleaning schedules, site instructions and company procedures
- Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or Health & Safety concerns
- Working independently while also supporting colleagues when needed
- Representing Coastal Cleaning professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically able to carry out manual cleaning duties
- Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety
