Cafe Bar Assistant
Clock House Gainsborough is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Bar Assistant to join our team following the launch our newly refurbished and rebranded cafe bar concept in the days, and steak focused operation in the evenings.
This role will include working alongside our team to deliver excellent customer service, high-quality drinks and food service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Typical hours:
Approx 30 Hours per week four or five shifts with the opportunity for more hours if required.
If you are looking for alternative weekly hours we can be reasonably flexible for the right person.
Wages plus tips are paid and a full contract will be given.
We are keen to train a team member to be an all rounder and provide cover for a variety of our shifts:
These will include some day shifts in our Cafe- Bar, some evening shifts in the restaurant and some weekend shifts doing either days or evenings.
Whilst flexibility is required to be able to fill various shifts, you will always have a rota in advance.
Some flexibility will be required during holidays and busy periods. As part of the Clock House team, you will also be required to work shifts over the weekend within our steakhouse operation and assist during peak trading periods when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy setting
- A team-player mentality with a willingness to help across the business when needed
