Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are spotless and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors
- Maintain accurate logs of rooms cleaned and report any discrepancies or damages observed during your shift
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
