About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will design and deliver a fun, varied, and person-centred activities programme that supports our residents’ wellbeing, independence, and happiness.
You’ll bring energy and ideas to the role, helping residents stay active, social, and connected—both within the home and the local community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and deliver daily and weekly activities
- Get to know each resident’s interests, hobbies, and preferences
- Provide a mix of group activities and one-to-one engagement
- Organise events, celebrations, and outings
- Build connections with local community groups and volunteers
- Work closely with families and care staff to support resident wellbeing
- Keep activity plans and participation records up to date
- Adapt activities for residents living with dementia and varying needs
About You

- Creative and able to come up with engaging activity ideas
- A great communicator and team player
- Organised and able to manage your own schedule
- Caring, patient, and respectful of residents’ dignity and choices
Experience in care or activities is desirable, but not essential—we value the right attitude most.

Additional Information
- Flexibility is required, including alternative weekends
- You will complete mandatory training and follow health & safety policies
