Cobthorne Cleaning are looking to add a fulltime mobile cleaning operative to our expanding team.
You will be part of a small team with your main duties being the cleaning of communal areas to blocks of flats and cleaning of empty Housing Association houses.
This will involve vacuuming and washing hard floors, dusting of all ledges, washing walls down, cleaning of doors and entrance areas , removal of cobwebs , litter picking of grounds, cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas in houses.
You will be working as part of a team but also occasionally on your own.
This is a fulltime position , 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, 42.5 hours per week. No work is carried out on bank holidays and you also get 20 days annual leave.
A van is provided with fuel card.
The right candidate will have a clean driving license, have some experience in commercial cleaning , be hard working , punctual, reliable, be able to work as part of a team as well as by yourself and must have a ' Can Do ' attitude.
The salary for this vacancy is £ 29000 per annum
Pay: £29,000.00 per week
