Hybrid Working: Monday-Tuesday from Home | Wednesday-Friday Office-Based
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and trustworthy HR & Health & Safety Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This is a varied role offering responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference to both employee experience and workplace safety, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our established blinds, curtains and shutters business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing HR administration, recruitment and employee onboarding
- Maintaining HR records, contracts, leave and training using BrightHR
- Coordinating Health & Safety compliance, risk assessments and training using BrightSafe
- Supporting audits, inspections and company compliance
- Providing general office administration and customer service support when required
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (BrightHR/BrightSafe experience is an advantage)
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining complete confidentiality
Knowledge of UK employment legislation and Health & Safety administration is desirable, as is experience within a manufacturing or construction environment.
